Data collection and processing of personal data via our website

Handling of personal data in the context of our business activities

As part of our business activities, we collect, process and archive personal data for the provision of our contractual services as well as for administration, business organization and financial accounting on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR. This concerns data of our website users, customers, interested parties and business partners. Our interest and the purpose of processing this data lie in the provision of our services and the performance of our business activities. Without your personal data, no contract can be concluded and we cannot provide any services for you.

Insofar as this is necessary for the provision of our services and to maintain our business activities, we also transfer data to third parties such as the tax authorities, consultants or fee offices and payment service providers. When processing the data, we comply with the legal requirements for order processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR and the instructions of our customers.

We delete the data after expiry of the statutory warranty obligation and review the necessity of retaining the data every three years. In the case of statutory archiving obligations, the deletion takes place after their expiry (6 years).

We generally store the majority of company-related data, such as data on suppliers and other business partners, permanently.
